结合冷挤压与拉深工艺的特点,以双杯形工件为对象,提出了冲锻成形过程的轴向推力拉深增厚工艺,即在反向拉深的同时,对坯料侧壁施加轴向推力,进行强力拉深以达到拉深并增厚的目的。采用有限元模拟软件Dynaform研究了拉深增厚工艺中材料的流动规律,分析了压环和压边圈的形状、压环运动速度、压边力、凸模与凸凹模之间的间隙对工件最小厚度和内壁最大厚度的影响。结果表明,压环能有效促进材料由外壁流向内壁圆筒,工件最小厚度和内壁最大厚度随压环速度增加单调递增,但均存在一个极值。

Combined the characteristics of cold extrusion with drawing process,a drawing-thickening technology with axial-force was prompted for double-cup-shaped workpieces.An axial thrust was exerted to the sidewall during backward drawing to achieve the purpose of drawing and thickening.The FEM software Dynaform was utilized to research the material flow and to analyze the impact of the shape of pressure ring and binder,the velocity of the pressure ring,the binder force and the effect of gap between punch and punch-die to the minimum workpiece thickness and maximum one.The results show that the pressure ring can force the outer wall metals to flow to the interior wall.The minimum workpiece thickness and maximum one increase monotonously with the pressure ring velocity increasing until they reach the peak value.
