金属脉冲振动拉拔成形一维表面效应机理分析

摘要:
针对脉冲振动拉拔过程中出现的表面效应的复杂性,通过对拉拔模中单元体的受力分析,结合傅立叶变换建立力学微分方程。根据非局部摩擦定理,确定与摩擦力有关的非局部影响系数,并利用线性强化模型对力学方程进行近似求解,得到非局部条件下的脉冲振动拉拔动态摩擦力模型。按照给定的金属材料机械性能参数、拉拔工艺参数、振型参数和非局部影响系数,由MATLAB仿真表明,脉冲振动拉拔的表面效应主要与振型参数有关,与其它振型相比,施加脉冲振型产生的表面效应较为显著,对振动的有效利用具有重要的指导作用。
Since a surface effect is of complexity for drawing process with pulse vibration,a dynamic differential equation was built by mechanics analyzed for cell body in drawing die and combined with the Fourier transform.On the basis of the non-local friction theorem,some non-local infection coefficients concerning with friction were computed,and the linearity strengthened model was used for searching approximate resolution,then dynamic friction model for pulse vibration drawing was obtained on non-local condition.According to metal material mechanical performance parameters,drawing process parameters,vibration parameters and the non-local infection coefficients were given.The simulation by MATLAB shows that the surface effect of pulse vibration drawing mainly relates with vibration parameters,and its surface effect appearing during drawing process is more superior than that of the other vibration.These results can provide important guidance for vibration available used.
