液压辊缝控制系统(HGC)是双机架冷轧机组控制带钢厚度精度的关键环节,液压压下系统是液压辊缝控制的最重要的组成部分。通过对济钢冷轧厂双机架紧凑式冷带轧机液压压下系统的研究,对在位置控制和轧制力控制方式下的液压压下系统分别建立了数学模型。用IbaAnalyzer软件对系统进行了时域和频域的分析,掌握了系统的实际动态特性。为今后系统的优化设计和控制系统的性能研究打下了基础,为产品精度的提高提供了很好的保证。

Hydraulic gap control system is the accuracy key part for strip gauge control of compact cold rolling mill.Hydraulic screw down system is the most important part of hydraulic roll gap control.Through the research of Jigang compact cold rolling mill with hydraulic pressure system,the mathematical models of the system under the position control and force control modes were established.Analysis of time and frequency domain characteristics of the system was done with IbaAnalyzer software,and the practical dynamic characteristic performance was mastered,which laid a foundation for further optimizing the system design and control system performance research.The product accuracy improvement can be well guaranteed.
