采用三维有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D,对片层态TC11钛合金在近β区多道次反复镦拔过程进行了数值模拟。分析了在不同火次、不同变形阶段时锻件中的温度场、应变场。通过模拟研究得到TC11钛合金多道次镦拔的最佳镦粗比为41%。每次拔长分两次压下,每次压下量为总变形量的50%。最后一火先镦粗到210 mm,将坯料翻转180°再镦粗到140 mm。采用多道次反复镦拔工艺可使初始态为粗大片层态的TC11钛合金转变为均匀的等轴态,能为后续的锻造提供合格的坯料。

The finite element software DEFORM-3D was employed to simulate multi-pass upsetting and stretching of TC11 alloy in near β zone.The distribution of temperature and effective strain fields were investigated.Simulation results show that the optimal compression ratio of TC11 is 41% during multi-pass upsetting and stretching.The process of stretching is divided into two steps,and in each step,compression ratio is 50%.In the last pass,the workpiece should be upset to 210 mm first and rotated 180°,then upset to 140 mm.The initial coarse lamellar structure can be transferred to refined equaxied structure through multi-pass upsetting and stretching,which can provide eligible workpiece for the next forging process.
