针对目前总锻比计算公式不一致的现状,对比了锻比、相对变形量和对数应变的定义和计算公式,导出了3种变形量指标的转换公式,提出用对数应变计算分变形量和总变形量的设想。给出了锻比与对数应变的相互关系和多工序锻造过程变形量的计算实例。指出采用对数应变计算变形量更科学。

In order to give a coincidence indicator for the total forging ratio calculation,the definitions and formulas of forging ratio,relative deformation and logarithmic strain were compared.The conversion expressions among the three were educed.Logarithmic strain could easily be used to calculate both the single step and multiple steps procedures.The relation of the logarithmic strain vs forging ratio was clearly shown.The calculation example for the multiple steps forging procedure was also given.It is indicated that the logarithmic strain is a more scientific method to calcu late the amount of the deformation.
