通过数值模拟和实验,证明了凸缘径向流动性是凸缘零件塑性成形的关键问题,提出了用延展比作为衡量凸缘径向流动性的指标。从坯料模具的形状结构方面着手,提取出4个约束坯料及上下模形状的尺寸因子,并分析了各尺寸因子对凸缘径向流动性的影响。同时,采用多因子分析方法对座销冷挤压成形过程中各种尺寸因子组合情况进行分析,计算各因子对径向流动影响的主次关系,并计算出最佳尺寸组合。

Numerical simulation and experimental study shows that radial flowability is a crucial problem to the formability of a flange part.Extension ratio was put forward as radial flowability index of the flange.According to the shapes and structures of blank and dies,four dimension factors were abstracted which restricted the shapes of blank and dies,and these factors' influences on radial flow were analyzed in detail.Multi-factors analytical procedure was adopted to analyze the combination of dimension factors in seat-pin cold extrusion.The primary and secondary influence relation of each factor and the most optimized dimension combination were calculated.
