数控冲压加工NC代码仿真系统的研究

针对数控冲压加工中NC代码检验困难,废品率较高的现状,提出了数控冲压仿真系统的总体结构方案,并且实现了对NC代码文件有效数据的提取,以及对NC代码翻译中G代码和M代码的处理。通过运用VisualLISP语言对AutoCAD进行二次开发,实现了基于AutoCAD数控冲压过程二维动态仿真。实例验证表明,该程序实用、高效。

To change the present status of the difficult NC codes examining and the higher detective index,an overall structure of the numerical control press simulating system was made,a method of extracting effective data from NC codes file was realized,and the treatment of G codes and M codes during NC codes translating was finished.By re-developed AutoCAD in VisualLISP,the 2D dynamic simulation for NC press process was realized,which was based on AutoCAD.Through the practical running of the system,it confirms that this system is practical and efficient.
