通过对锻压设备中锻锤高速运动的研究,对光电传感器和霍尔传感器的性能进行分析,并用示波器对传感器工作过程进行比对,设计了一种直线加速度传感器。通过对锻压设备的现场加速度检测,表明这种传感器可以检测出锻锤运动的加速度,并可应用于其它类似的加速度问题中。这种加速度传感器可以有效便捷地检测直线运动的加速度,为类似的加速度检测提供了一种参考。

By researching the forging hammer velocity,contrasting photoelectric sensors with Hall sensors,and verifying the acceleration measurement method of detecting the forging hammer's linear acceleration using Oscilloscope,a new method of detecting the forging hammer's linear acceleration was designed.By measuring the velocity of fieldwork forging hammer,the linear acceleration of forging hammer could be measured when the forging equipment was working;and it could also measure the linear acceleration of the other equipment like forging hammer.This sensor can measure the linear acceleration easily and effectively and it can give some help to the other similar linear acceleration measurement.
