变压边力对连续变截面辊压板成形性能的研究

连续变截面辊压板作为新型板料之一,在其盒形件成形过程中存在起皱、破裂、过渡区移动等成形缺陷。合理控制压边力模式可以消除及减小缺陷,提高成形性能。本文利用ABAQUS软件对比了连续变截面辊压板盒形件分别在整体压边圈恒压边力、变压边力情况下的成形深度、过渡区移动、应变路径等。结果表明,渐增型压边力比恒定压边力下得到的成形深度提高了12.5%,盒底部中心移动量、应变极限值均较小。

As a new type sheet metal,tailor rolling blanks have forming defects,such as wrinkling,broken and the movement of the transition zone.The defects can be eliminated or reduced and formability can be improved by reasonable control mode of the BHF.The drawing depth,the movement of the transition zone,the strain path etc.of TRB with constant or variational BHF of one-piece holder were studied by the finite-element software ABAQUS.The numerical simulation result indicates that forming depth can be increased by 12.5%,and the movement of the bottom box center and ultimate strain can be reduced by comparing increasing BHF with constant BHF.
