通过对模具表面失效产生的原因进行分析,归纳出模具表面失效的6项判据,从而确定失效判据的权重作为研究模具表面失效与模具寿命之间关系的重点。在模具表面失效判据权重研究过程中,采用神经网络方法构建模具表面失效的权重模型,给出了一种基于BP神经网络模具失效权重计算的方法,及模具表面失效判据的隶属度函数形式,并对此方法进行了理论分析。

Through analyzing the reasons for mold surface failure and summarizing out 6 mold surface failure criterias,the key point for the failure criterion's weight was got to research the relationship between the mold surface failure and life.During the study of the mold surface failure criterion weight,the neural network method was used to construct the mold surface failure weight model in order to give out one mold surface failure computation method based on the neural network,propose the mold surface failure's failure criterion's membership degree function form.The theory discussion about the method was carried out.
