摘要:

探讨提高塑性成形数值仿真精度的途径,理论上介绍了塑性成形数值仿真中材料的非线性、摩擦边界条件和动态接触边界的处理等问题。给出常用于有限元分析的金属材料模型;对比划分网格不良和优良条件下的材料变形和温度模拟的差异、不同接触条件下金属变形的差异,并讨论网格重划分过程中金属体积的损失,利用实例证明塑性成形数值仿真在工业中的成功应用。

Approach for increasing precision of numerical simulation of plastic forming was discussed.The nonlinear of material,inter-object of part and dynamic contact were introduced.General material model was presented.The different deformation and temperature result was displayed with faulty and mesh.The deformation was illustrated with different inter-object conditions.The loss of volume because of remeshing was discussed.And the successful application of simulation technology in plastic forming industry was illustrated.
