镁合金板料热拉深成形数值模拟中材料模型研究

分别利用用户子程序二次开发方法和直接输入应力应变实验数据方法,在ABAQUS软件中获得镁合金材料模型,进行了不同温度下镁板热拉深成形极限数值模拟研究。结果表明:镁合金板料极限拉深高度在一定范围内随温度的提高而增大,本文提出的含非常软化因子的镁合金高温流变应力数学模型能较好地预测流变应力,通过二次子程序开发方法在ABAQUS软件中加入新的材料模型是切实可行的。

Method of user subroutine and importing experimental stress-strain datas directly were used to get magnesium material model in ABAQUS respectively,the numerical simulation research of magnesium alloy limit deep drawing height was carried out at different temperatures.It is found that in a certain scope,increasing temperature,the limit deep drawing height is increased,the mathematic model of magnesium alloy flow stress at high temperature which includes a variational intenerate factor bringed forward here could forecast magnesium alloy flow stress preferably.It feasible to join own material model through user subroutine in ABAQUS.
