差速器锥齿轮冷模锻数值模拟及成形性能研究

论述了差速器锥齿轮冷模锻工艺设计过程及其数值模拟技术,讨论了SolidWorks三维设计软件环境下冷挤压模具的设计方法。结果表明,基于Deform的锥齿轮冷挤压成形工艺过程的有限元计算模拟能够正确、合理反映毛坯材料的塑性成形与流动规律,其结果将为优化冷锻成形工艺、模具快速设计、保证冷模锻件成形质量提供理论指导。

The process design and numerical simulation of cold forging of car differential bevel gear were discussed and design technics of cold forging die was also mainly studied with the help of 3D CAD software of SolidWorks.The FEM results on cold forming process of bevel gear based on the Deform software can reasonably illustrate plastic forming rule of rough material and provide valuable theoretic reference,such as optimization of forming technology,rapid design of die and guarantee of forming quality as well,at the same time,the basis of digital design and manufacturing of complicated die can also be established.
