本文探讨应用刚塑性、刚——粘塑性有限元模拟金属成形过程时所遇到的具体处理技术,提出一系列算法,开发了锻造过程通用有限元模拟系统,并应用该系统分析了多工位连续锻造过程的金属流动规律。

In this paper, the techniques or problems encountered in simulating metal forming processes by finite element method is studied. A series of algorithms is suggested. A general purpose FEM simulation system of forging processes is developed. The metal flow of continuous multistation forging processes is analyzed.
