回弹是微车大梁冲压成形过程中的主要质量缺陷之一,直接影响到冲压件的尺寸精度和零件最终形状。为了有效地控制回弹,基于变压边力技术对某型微车右后大梁的冲压过程进行了设计和仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。结果表明,压边力变化的范围越大,零件的回弹量越小。最后,提出了一种可应用于工程实践的变压边力优化方法,并在微车右后大梁的回弹控制上进行了应用,起到了很好的效果,使右后大梁最大开口回弹角由之前的8°减小到了2°。

The springback phenomenon in mini-car beam forming is one of the main quality problems,which may affect the tolerance and final shape of stampings.In order to control springback effectively,mini-car's right back beam forming was designed and simulated based on variable blank holder force technology.The result of simulation indicates that the larger span of blank holder force can induce fewer springback.Finally,a kind of variable blank holder force method which could be conveniently realized in inverted draw die was introduced.This method has been applied to the drawing of mini-car's right back beam which has good effects on springback control.Maximum springback angle diminishes from 8° to 2°.
