提高高速精密压力机动刚度的原理和措施

摘要:
采用模型化试验来测定几种典型的压力机机身的阻尼比、固有频率,从压力机自身结构探寻规律,探索动刚度与阻尼、固有频率及负载频率等变量的内在关系;并指出在高速条件下,有时动刚度与静刚度是矛盾的,过大的结构静刚度反而会削弱其动刚度。在足够的强度和静刚度的前提下,应当适当增加结构的柔度和内摩擦,借以改变机身的阻尼和固有频率,并提高高速精密压力机动刚度。
Adopting the modeling experiments to measure the damping ratio and natural frequency of several typical press frames,the regularities from the intrinsic structure of the press were explored,and the intrinsic relations about the dynamic stiffness with damping ratio,natural frequency and loading frequency were studied.It elucidates that sometimes the dynamic stiffness is incompatible with the static stiffness in high-speed situation,and the over-strong static stiffness will damage its dynamic stiffness.On the premise of adequate intensity and static stiffness,the designers should increase the structural flexibility and the internal friction properly,which used to change the damping and the nature frequency of the frame and reinforce the dynamic stiffness of the high-speed precision press.
