为了克服由于焊缝区组织的变化使拼焊板零件成形性能下降,以及在成形过程中焊缝的移动导致无法准确将特定材料定位的问题,考虑到拼焊板成形的特殊性,对普通拉深模具进行工艺改进,采用带阶梯的凸模和压边圈,设计了实验模具。采用自主开发的反向模拟法模拟软件InverStamp预测焊缝移动的情况。将在各种工艺情况下反算的焊缝移动情况与实验数据进行对比发现:反向模拟法能够较好地体现焊缝移动量的变化趋势,并且能够较真实地反映各种工艺变化对焊缝移动量的影响。

The formability of tailor-welded blanks(TWBS) decreases because of the transformation of microstructure in heat effect zone.Besides,specific materials can not be precisely positioned because of the weld line movement.According to the specialties of TWBS forming,the traditional drawing dies were modified.The experimental dies were designed with stepped punch and stepped binder.A novel method of predicting weld line movement using inverse analysis method was proposed.The in-house inverse analysis software InverStamp was developed.The comparisons of weld line movement between the one calculated and that of experiment with different process parameters demonstrate that the inverse analysis method can well reflect the tendency of weld line movement.Therefore,inverse analysis method can well reflect the effect of process parameters on weld line movement.
