分析了熔融沉积(FDM)快速成形工艺的扫描方式,建立了分区域穿梭扫描算法。基于已划分的实体填充路径和支撑填充路径区域,对其填充顺序提出了相对距离优化算法,并利用Microsoft Visual C++8.0作为开发平台,对优化后的综合填充效果进行了动态仿真。工艺实验证明:该扫描填充方式减小了样件翘曲变形的可能,大幅度减少了空行程,提高了FDM生产效率。

Scan methods of Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)were analyzed and arithmetic of zoning was put forward.Based upon accomplished area of entity filling path and support filling path,arithmetic of relative-distance optimization was carried out.Dynamic simulation was done with the help of VC++ 8.0.Technologic experiment shows that the scan method can reduce deformation of parts,decrease empty journey,and then improve efficiency of FDM.
