针对级进模结构装配复杂的特点,采用框架/规则复合的知识表示方法来表达模具零(构)件;采用约束关系树和层次模型相结合的策略,建立了基于层次结构的约束装配模型;通过组件概念的引入,准确表达了装配设计模型中的多层次关系,从而建立了基于知识支持的自顶向下的级进模结构装配设计方法。通过VB6.0开发工具,结合Access数据库,基于SolidEdge图形平台二次开发平台,开发了面向设计的级进模结构装配模型设计系统。

The knowledge representation of frame and rule was combined to represent the components of progressive dies because of its complexity.A constraint assembly model based on level structure was established through the integration of assembly model of the constraint relation tree and level model.Multi-level relationships between assembled components were precisely represented by subassembly idea.The method of knowledge-based progressive dies structure design in supporting top-down methodology was established.The design system for the assembly model of progressive dies based on the platform of SolidEdge and using advanced development tool VB6.0 and Access database was established.
