使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件建立了两种模型,利用ANSYS的显式求解功能对板料进行有限元弹塑性分析,得出:板料成形过程中随着成形道次的增加,可以降低带材圆角和翼缘部位的应力值。利用ANSYS的隐式求解功能分析了成形道次对板料回弹的影响,得出:成形道次的减少将导致回弹角度的增大。并将回弹量的模拟数值与工作现场的回弹数值进行了比较,表明了计算结果的可靠性。

Two models were built by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The cold roll forming process was studied by ANSYS/LS-DYNA's explicit dynamic functions.The rebound process was studied by ANSYS's implicit functions.The results show that the increase of forming passes will lead to the decrease of rebound and material's stress in the cold roll forming process.Finally,by comparing the rebound's simulation results with actual results,it is testified that the simulation results are credible.
