管端加厚是提高油管接头强度的有效途径,滚压螺纹有利于缓解应力疲劳。大变形量的管材镦粗容易产生内凹、折叠等缺陷,针对这一问题,经过整体工艺性能分析,提出了一种分段式模锻成形新工艺:将油管的镦粗加厚部分按照适当比例分为两段,分别单独锻造成形,然后经摩擦焊接实现加厚段的连接,并根据成形工艺设计了相应的模具,通过有限元数值模拟,进一步验证了新工艺的可行性和模具设计的合理性。

It is an effective approach for improving the intensity of joint to thicken the pipe end.Rolling thread is conducive to releasing stress fatigue.Defects such as inner concave,puckering and etc.are easy to occur when large deformation during the upset forging of tube parts.A new technology of segmented forging forming for oil pipe with thickened end and its corresponding die and mould were designed by analysis on the technology property and formability to solve the above problems.The thickened part of the oil pipe was divided into two sections according to proper proportions.Each section was forged respectively,and then connected through friction welding.Meanwhile,feasibility of the new technology and rationality of the die and mould design were further verified through the numerical simulation results.
