利用DEFORM有限元模拟软件,通过对应力场和应变场的数值模拟,分析了汽车轴管挤压成形过程中坯料温度对挤压成形质量的影响。模拟结果表明,40MnB材料在热挤压成形时,将毛坯温度控制在1100℃左右最利于阶梯轴的成形和成形后阶梯轴的力学稳定性及后续的加工。并通过试验对数值模拟所得工艺参数进行了验证。

Using the finite element simulation software of DEFORM through simulating the numerical value about the field of stress and strain,the influence of the blank temperature on the quality of extrusion in the vehicle hub axles press forming process was analyzed.The simulation result indicates that,when 40MnB material is hot extruded,it is most favorable for ladder axis forming,and ladder axis mechanics stability and following processing after the forming,if we control rough temperature around 1100 ℃.Then the technological parameter obtained from the numerical simulation was validated through the experiment.
