定义和论述了金属薄板冲压成形性能的各种基本概念、技术类别、试验研究方法,提出冲压成形性能是冲压成形质量状态表现的观念。同时,根据数字化技术发展现状,并应用数学物理方法的基本思想以及现代制造工程和系统工程的观点,提出虚拟冲压成形性能的概念以及冲压成形性能的工程场函数性质与系统工程状态,为修订GB/T 15825《金属薄板成形性能与试验方法》建立了概念性的技术基础。

The general concept,technical kinds and test methods were defined and explained on the formability of sheet metal,the idea was summarized,i.e.,the formability of sheet metal was the appearance of sheet metal forming qualities.According to the development of digital technology,the basic thinking of mathematical methods for physics and the views on modem manufacture and system engineering,the virtual formability concept were set up and the appearance of engineering field function and system engineering were sketchily described on the formability of sheet metal.Therefore,the technique based on the new concept was founded for revising GB/T 15825《Sheet metal formability and test methods》.
