车身覆盖件模具的拉深筋工艺设计和优化

摘要:
在传统拉深筋设计过程中,拉深筋初始方案的确定完全依赖于经验,具有很大的偶然性。本文将优化理论与有限元逆算法相结合,优化初始拉深筋设计方案。在优化过程中,提出了一种将FLD和板料厚度分布相结合的目标函数,同时对传统的可行方向法(FDM)进行了一些改进。将改进的FDM和有限元逆算法结合优化等效拉深筋,然后根据等效拉深筋阻力密度值计算相应的拉深筋工艺参数。在板料成形模拟系统FASTAMP中开发了一个拉深筋工艺优化模块,并以NUMISHEET2002中的现代汽车翼子板为例,验证了该优化模块的准确性。
During the process of traditional drawbead design,the definition of initial drawbead completely depended on experience and had a great chance.A new method combined the optimization theory and finite element inverse approach was adopted to solve this problem.In the optimization process,a new objective function combining the FLD and thickness distribution of sheet was put forward.At the same time,the traditional feasible direction method(FDM) was improved.The ameliorated FDM was integrated with the finite element inverse approach to optimize the equivalent drawbead.And then,technological parameters of drawbead were optimized according to the resistance density.The module for technological parameters optimization of drawbead was explored within the sheet forming simulation system FASTAMP.Moreover,the example of modern auto fender in NUMISHEET2002 was taken to verify the accuracy of this optimization module.
