针对实际使用过程中由于工况的改变,致使中频感应加热炉功率因数下降,效率降低,分析了影响中频感应加热炉功率因数的主要原因,提出了利用微电子技术对系统的功率因数进行实时检测,根据检测结果对工作频率进行实时调整,从而大大提升系统的功率因数。建立了系统电路模型进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明,该方法是有效的,同时还得出了一套工作频率调节的基本策略,为设计谐振频率自动跟踪系统提供了理论指导。

The main reason and effect of the power factor and the efficiency reduction of induction heating furnace because of changing the working condition during the heating were analyzed.Some key parameters of power factor were introduced.A new method of on time checking the power factor and on time working frequency modulating using the microelectronics technology according to the checking result was put forward.The power factor of the system was greatly improved.A circuit model was established to validate the method.Simulation demonstrates that this method is effective to improve power factor and a basic strategy to adjust the working frequency is gained,which provides a theoretical guidance for designing self-tracking system of resonance frequency.
