本文用光塑性模拟测试技术,求得剪切旋压三维应变场,分析了应变场沿工件壁厚和沿母线的分布情况,比较了不同旋轮条件下应变场的变化。尝试用x射线衍射测试技术研究剪切旋压切向变形情况,得到切向变形沿工件壁厚的分布规律,比较了不同工艺条件下切向变形的变化规律。
