无网格方法是近年来在国际上兴起并得到迅速发展的一种数值方法。本文利用编制的无网格再生核质点法(RKPM)程序模拟了高径比为1.0,摩擦系数从0.05到0.5之间变化时圆柱体镦粗的过程,给出了镦粗过程中试件鼓肚与接触面上的摩擦系数、变形速度、温度间的定量关系,该关系可用来估算接触面上的摩擦系数。通过不同摩擦条件下的镦粗实验,验证了该方法的有效性。

Meshless method has been developed and sprung up in recent years.RKPM(Reproducing Kernel Particle Method)program was used to simulate the upsetting procedure of the cylinder when its ratio of the height and diameter was 1.0 and the friction factor was from 0.05 to 0.5.The quantitative relationship among the sample crowning in the upsetting experiment,the friction factor of the contact surface,the deformation velocity and the temperature was giv- en.This relationship could be used to estimate the friction factor of the contact surface.Finally,the feasibility of the meshless method was verified by the upsetting experiment in different friction conditions.
