适用于曲线轮廓工件排样的顶点算法

摘要:
优化排样中的多边形顶点算法是目前主流方法中应用较多的一种方法。顶点算法的核心是根据顶点和边的关系找出相对边和相切点,该方法在处理含有曲线轮廓的排样问题时,有一定的局限性。本文参考了排样碰撞算法中碰撞点的提取方法,将其用于完善排样顶点算法对圆弧轮廓的处理,即将相对边分为圆与直线相切,圆与圆相内切,圆与圆相外切三种情况处理。完善后的方法实际上是顶点算法和碰撞算法的结合,在一定程度上扩大了顶点算法的应用范围,提高了排样的精确性。
As one of the common methods used in solving the two-dimensional cutting stock problems,the vertex algo- rithm has been widely carried out in the actual mechanical manufacture.The key of vertex algorithm is picking up rela- tive sides and tangency points based on the relation between points and sides,which has limitation in solving the prob- lem of optimal layout of patterns with curving sides.Based on the basic principle of the vertex algorithm and the meth- od of picking up collision points in the collision algorithm,a new way was developed to improve the vertex algorithm in solving the problems of patterns with curving sides along the outline.The relative sides were classified in three situa- tions:line-circle tangeney,circle-circle eirumscribing and circle-circle internal tangency by this method.The test result shows that the application scope of vertex algorithm is expanded and the accuracy of layout is increased.
