GIS壳体三通口成形的数值模拟及参数优化

采用Dynaform软件,探索GIS壳体三通口在成形过程中压边力、预开椭圆孔长短轴之比、凹模圆角半径和模具间隙对GIS壳体三通口翻边成形的影响规律。应用正交实验方法进行数值模拟,优化三通口冲压成形的模具理想参数和最优拉深工艺参数。把优化参数后的数值模拟的成形厚度变化规律同实验进行比较,两者结果一致,成形后最小厚度提高3.2%。数值模拟结果可以为GIS壳体在实际的生产中提供一定的理论依据。

Using Dynaform software,the effects of forming parameters such as,forming force,the pre-open hole axis ratio of the ellipse,die fillet radius,die gap etc were explored in GIS shell processing process.Orthogonal experimental approach numerical simulation was used,the optimal parameters of the pre-open hole axis ratio of the ellipse,forming force and die gap etc were gained.The thickness deformation results of numerical simulation and testing were compared.It is shown that the numerical simulation is relatively close to the actual test,the forming minimal thickness is 3.2% higher than before.The simulation result is reliable.It is useful for practical GIS shell forming process.
