采用DEFORM-2D软件对半空心自冲铆钉的挤压成形工艺过程进行数值模拟,分析了挤压成形过程、应力应变以及行程载荷曲线的变化趋势;通过改变挤压速度、温度以及铆钉材料进行多个模拟,并分别采用速度、温度载荷曲线和材料载荷柱状图,分析在不同挤压速度、温度及铆钉材料的条件下挤压模具承受的载荷,其结果为试验提供理论依据。

Finite element simulation of the extrusion forming of self-piercing semi-tubular rivet was carried out by DEFORM-2D software.Extrusion process of the rivet,distribution of stress and strain,and load-stroke behavior were analyzed.Many simulations were carried out under different extrusion speeds,temperatures and rivet materials.Load-speed curve,load-temperature curve and load-materials column were used to analyze the extrusion dies load under different speeds,temperatures and rivet materials.The results offer the principle for the experiments.
