在材料力学性能测试基础上,利用有限元仿真分析和网格应变试验,深入解析了汽车地板零件的成形特征及变形过程中金属流动规律,确定了零件成形过程中高应变区域的变形方式,指出了零件成形的关键材料性能指标及控制范围。结果表明,地板零件高应变区域的变形方式为胀形-拉延变形,稳定冲压所需的材料性能参数为:sσ/σb≤0.5,δ≥46%,n≥0.2,r≥2.0。

FEA and circle grid analysis were used to determine the forming character and metal flowing on the base of mechanical properties of auto-floor.It is made clear that the forming style in high strain is a bulging-drawing state.The important property parameters and control ranges were also obtained.The material properties for stable stamping are: σs/σb≤0.5,δ≥46%,n≥0.2,r≥2.0.
