在分析传统机械设计方法中所存在的问题的基础上,论述了虚拟样机技术的概念、主要特点及其用于300 MN模锻水压机接力器设计的优点。阐述了模锻水压机接力器的结构和工作原理。详细介绍了基于SolidWorks软件的接力器虚拟样机的开发过程,其中包括接力器虚拟样机的三维建模、虚拟装配、干涉检查、运动仿真、关键部件强度校核和二维工程图的输出等。结果表明,虚拟样机技术在接力器设计中的应用可以大大缩短其研制周期,节省开发费用。

The limitation of traditional machine design was analyzed.The conception and key characteristics of virtual prototyping technology and the advantage of using it to design the driver of 300 MN die forging hydrostatic press were discussed.The structure and mechanical principles of driver were described and the process of design based on SolidWorks was also introduced in detail,including its three-dimensional modeling,virtual assembly,interference detection,motion emulation,check of the key parts of driver and two-dimensional engineering-drawing conversion etc.The result shows that virtual prototyping technology can shorten the development period and reduce design cost.
