金属塑性成形中的摩擦是一个非常复杂的动态过程,对工件的成形质量影响极大,测量这一动态过程是极端困难的,但是这一动态过程又必须被测量并加以研究。利用声发射技术测量并研究了凸模胀形过程中不同润滑条件下的动态摩擦的全过程,研究结果表明:润滑条件对声发射信号的强弱有明显的影响,随着润滑条件的恶化,声发射信号由弱变强,通过声发射信号的强弱能够判断润滑条件的好坏,利用声发射信号监测金属塑性成形过程中的润滑条件与磨损状态是可行的。

The friction in the process of metal forming is a very intricate dynamic process.It has a great effect on quality of forming.Measuring the dynamic process is very difficult,but the dynamic process must be measured and studied.The process of dynamic friction under different lubrication conditions in punch bulging wes studied with acoustic emission technology.The result indicates that different states of lubrication produce different signals of acoustic emission and different signals of acoustic emission corresponding with different states of lubrication.It is feasible that the lubrication state can be measured and inspected with acoustic emission signal.
