罩体是将防毒面具中各功能部件(如眼窗、呼吸气系统、通话器和阻水罩等)组成为一个整体的骨架,是面罩总体设计中的一个重要部件,涉及面罩十多项技术性能指标。介绍了一种大眼窗防护面具面罩的结构特点及其罩体、阻水罩模具的设计。罩体和阻水罩模具为填压式压胶模,根据罩体和阻水罩的特点,详细介绍了模具整体结构设计、分型面的选择、定位机构的设计及活块、镶块的确定。

The faceblank is an important functional assembly in the overall design of the facepiece,which puts other functional assemblies,such as eyepieces,breathing system,voice transmitter and nosecup etc.together as a whole, and is involved over ten technical properties.The structural features of the faceblank and the nosecup and their moulds for a respirator with one-piece facial visor were introduced.Designed according to the Chinese standard dummy head, the faceblank had a dually internal peripheral seal.The faceblank had the features of broad vision,high resistance to impact and scratch,geometric symmetry in the shape,compactness in the configuration,rationality in the arrangement of the functional assemblies.The general structural design of the moulds,the selection of the separating surfaces,the determination of the way of the fixer and the design of the mountings were discussed in detail.
