板料在弯曲过程中,由于存在弹性变形,卸载后,弹性变形必然影响到板料的回弹。传统理论在分析回弹时,没有考虑应变中性层内移对回弹的影响。本文根据弹塑性弯曲理论,在考虑硬化和各向异性的条件下,通过对宽板弯曲应力应变分析,推导出了回弹角的近似计算公式,并讨论了中性层的内移对回弹的影响。

There exists the elastic deformation during the process of sheet bending,and it will influence the springback of sheet after unloading.Traditional theory has not considered the influence of the neutral layer inside displacement on bending springback when analyzing the springback.According to the elasto-plasticity bending theory,an approximate calculation formula of springback angle was educed and the influence of neutral layer inside displacement to bending springback was discussed through analyzing the stress-strain of wide sheet bending considering the hardening and aeolotropic condition.
