摘要:
介绍了一种采用开关磁阻调速的新型数控螺旋压力机。在总结螺旋压力机进展的基础上,提出了用开关磁阻调速系统驱动螺旋压力机的方法,设计了整机结构,阐述了打击能量的数控策略。利用电机轴角位移和定子电流双反馈信号,推导出滑块速度和电机控制电流的数学关系式。通过控制绝缘栅双极晶体管开通角、关断角和电流斩波值,数字化控制电机正反转的转速及其起停,达到数控螺旋压力机运动和打击能量的目的。试验表明,这种螺旋压力机能满足不同能量和速度的要求,实现了设备的数字化控制。
A new kind of screw press was introduced.It was controlled numerically and driven by variable speed switched reluctance motor.Based on summarizing the new development of the machines,the driving method was put forward for screw press driven by variable speed switched reluctance system.The entire structure was designed.The numerical control strategy of the forging energy was explained.The axial angle displacement and stator current of the motor were used as double feedback signal.The mathematic relationship was established between the slide speed and the stator current.Through the control of the switch-on and switch-off angle of insulation grid bipolar transistor and the chopped current control,numerical control of the motion and forging energy was realized with numerical controlling positive or reverse rotate speed and the position of start or stop of the motor.Field tests were done.The conclusion is that the new function of the machine can meet the different energy and speed requests,and the performance of numerical controlling equipment has been realized.
