通过模拟实验,对比研究了平砧镦粗和凹形坯料镦粗的变形规律,计算出应变场分布,绘制了凹形坯料镦粗的工艺控制曲线,可以推广到实际生产中去。

Through the simulation test,the thesis studies the deforming rules in upsetting by comparing the normal process with a side-concave ingot upsetting,which gives the strain field for both processes.Firstly it plots the process curve for the side-concave ingot upsetting,which can be applied possibly in actual manufacture.
