电磁校形过程中磁场力耦合模拟分析

摘要:
管件磁脉冲校形是指利用电磁成形工艺使管件在磁脉冲力的作用下高速撞击模壁并贴模的一种先进校形工艺。目前,电磁成形工艺中应用较多的是管件电磁胀形、缩颈以及平板成形,而管件校形工艺及理论研究很少。本文提出了一种基于ANSYS重启动分析的电磁-结构强耦合模型。模型考虑了管件变形对磁场计算的影响,能够准确的模拟电磁成形过程,并有效的避免了空气网格畸变对结构变形的影响。分析了电磁校形过程中管坯不同变形状态下系统的磁场力大小及分布,讨论了管件中最大磁场力的发生时刻,给出了模具中的涡流及磁场力的分布。
Electromagnetic tube calibration is a kind of advanced working techniques.During the process,the tube is forced to impact and fit to the inner contour of the die at very high speed by magnetic pulse force.At present,the electromagnetic forming technology is mainly applied in tube bulging,tube compression and flat forming.And research on the correlative theory and technology of electromagnetic tube calibration is insufficient. A strong coupled electromagnetic-structural model based on ANSYS restart analysis is proposed in this paper.In the model,the influence of the tube deformation on the magnetic field is considered,so that the electromagnetic forming process can be simulated accurately and the effect of the air mesh distortion on the tube deformation is avoided effectively.The electromagnetic force magnitude and distribution with different deformation in electromagnetic bulging with die are analyzed and the moment of maximal electromagnetic force is researched.In addition,the distribution of eddy current and electromagnetic force is presented.
