利用MSC.Patran和MSC.Nastran有限元分析软件对制动蹄压簧进行结构强度分析,确定其在装配状态下产生塑性变形的原因。通过对制造工艺的分析,调整热处理和冲压弯形的先后顺序,制定新的工艺流程,提高了零件屈服极限,有效地解决了零件塑性变形问题,保证了产品质量。

The paper utilizes MSC.Patran and MSC.Nastran's finite element analysis software to carry out the structure strength analysis of the compression spring of brake shoe and finds out the plastic deformation reason.Through the analysis of the manufacture technology,regulation of the heat treatment and punching bend order,a new technological flow has been set up and an yielding limit of the part is increased.Thus,it effectively resolves the parts plastic deformation problems and guarantees the product quality.
