针对H型钢腹板薄、翼缘宽的特点,基于弹塑性理论推导了H型钢辊式矫直时反弯挠度和残余曲率的计算公式。结合实例分析表明,运用文献[1]的公式求出并设定的可调辊压下挠度进行矫直,对于H型钢的任何原始弯曲矫直后残余几何形态均符合国标。

Based on elastic-plastic theory and the characteristics of H-beam,the formulae of bending deflection and residual curvature of H-beam on rolling straightening have been deduced.It is shown with examples that any bend of H-beam can be straightened according to the bending deflections gained in literature\.
