对LC4薄壁盲底深筒形件的挤压成形进行了力学计算,通过速端图和变形刚性块的合理简化,运用上限法求解模具的受力状态,提出了该类零件的极限成形条件,并推导出该类零件简化后的工程参考计算方法。

The paper analyses the extrusion force of Aluminum alloy(LC4) tube workpiece with thin-wall in the process of extrusion forming.Using upper-bound method to solve the stress of die by deformation hodogragh and deformation rigid block,puts forward the limit forming condition of such parts and deduces the simplified engineering calculation method.
