三辊横轧工艺已应用于汽车半轴套管的生产,由于成形参数直接影响制件的质量,合理选择这些参数,有助于保证制件的质量。影响三辊横轧工艺的关键参数是成形辊的成形角度,其大小对变形抗力、推进力、壁厚增量有着密切的关系。本文通过试验得出轧辊成形角与这些参数之间的对应关系,确定了Pn-β、P-β、ΔH-β曲线关系,在控制制件质量时用以指导这些参数的合理选择。另外,本文分析了三辊横轧工艺在工件缩径过程中产生失稳的原因,消除这些原因可以有效的控制制件的质量。

Three rollers cross-rolling technology has been applied to the production of automobile half-axle casing, because that the workpiece quality is influenced by the forming parameters which are selected reasonably to improve the workpiece quality.The forming angle of forming roller is the key parameter to influence the technology in three rollers cross-rolling,which is close connected to deformation resistance、pushing force and wall thickness increment.Corresponding relationship between roller forming angle and the parameters has been acquired by examination and Pn-β 、P-β 、ΔH-β curve relationship is confirmed in order to give the instruction on reasonably choosing the parameters in controlling the workpiece quality.In addition,the reason that the workpiece of three rollers cross-rolling having instability in the course of shrinking has been analyzed in this paper.Avoiding these reasons will improve the workpiece quality effectively.
