本文以板材模拟有限元软件Dynaform为工具,选择板料厚度t,模具间隙z,压边力F,凹模圆角半径Rd,凸模圆角半径rp和材料的K值,n值,r值等9个参数为变量,按照选定的正交试验表对32组不同参数组合的U形工件进行成形及回弹模拟分析。最终按照影响热轧钢U形工件回弹量的敏感程度,对9个参数进行了排序,找出影响U形工件回弹量的主要因素,以便于在实践生产中更加有效地控制热轧钢U形工件的弯曲回弹。

In this paper,32 groups of simulating experiments were carried out for U-bending parts according to selected orthogonal experiment table,using the special FEM(finite element method) software Dynaform.There were 9 variables in these experiments,including sheet metal thickness t,die clearance z,binder force F,radius of lower die R_d,radius of upper die r_p and material parameters K,n,r,which mainly affect the material properties.Finally,the 9 parameters were ordered according to their contribution to the springback, so that more effective measures can be taken out to control the springback of U-bending hot-rolled metal sheet parts.
