分析了金属板料数控增量成形中板料变形的原理,探讨了不使用专用支撑而成形直壁筒形件的可行性和方法。基于增量成形过程中各区域材料变形不均匀的特征,提出了通过扩大主要变形区范围来提高变形效率和变形质量。优化了直壁筒形件的多道次数控增量成形工艺路径。通过实验验证了所优化设计的工艺方案。

In this paper,the deformation principle of sheet incremental forming is analyzed.The feasibility and the method of using unsupported incremental forming process to from vertical wall cylinder part are discussed.According to the uneven deformation in different areas,a theory of expanding the main deformation area to improve the deformation efficiency and quality is provided.The incremental forming equipment is made and the optimized process is validated by the experiment.
