针对大口径薄壁小弯曲半径管件在航空航天领域日益迫切的需求,在对数控弯曲过程的实验和理论分析基础上,选用动态显式有限元平台ABAQUS/Explicit,以50mm×1mm(外径×壁厚)系列不锈钢和铝合金大口径薄壁小弯曲半径管件为例,实现了包括弯管、抽芯、卸模回弹的完整的数控弯曲有限元模型的建立,结合实验研究对比讨论了大口径小弯曲半径管件弯曲过程建模的难点和解决方法。

With the increasingly insistent demand for the thin-wall tube with large diameter and small bending radius in the field of aerospace industry,a whole 3D explicit FEM model of the bending process including bending,retracting and unloading(springback) has been established based on the experiment and analytical research with the dynamic explicit FEM code ABAQUS/Explicit.In the modeling,the bending process for 50mm×1mm(out diameter×wall thickness) series of stainless and aluminum tubes are considered.Then combined with the experimental comparison,the difficulty faced with in FE modeling and the corresponding resolving method are discussed.
