轿车差速器齿轮是轿车中的关键部件之一,采用闭式冷精锻可以得到器齿形部分可直接装车使用的高精度的齿轮,但是由于齿轮材料强度高,变形抗力非常大,模具要承受非常大的应力,特别是齿顶部位应力集中非常厉害,容易引起齿顶的压塌与断裂。以精锻圆锥齿轮凹模为研究对象,通过成形过程中的受力分析,有限元模拟计算以及实验研究,比较了两种凹模结构的受力状况,特别是齿顶的应力状态,提出了合理的闭式冷精锻凹模结构,提高了模具寿命。

Differential mechanism gear is a key part on car,finished gears whose teeth profile accuracy is high enough to be installed on car can be produced by flashed cold die forging,but the high strength and high resistance to deformation of the gear material lead to a serious stress in the die,especially the stress concentration on the die teeth tip,thus the teeth tip is very easy to collapse and rupture.In this paper,flashed cold forging die for car differential mechanism gear is studied by force analysis,finite element method and experiment during the forging procedure;Two kinds of die structure are compared,and an appropriate die structure which can efficiently prolong the life of die is obtained.
