通过热物理模拟试验, 系统地研究了主要热力参数 (变形温度、变形速率、变形程度) 与流动应力间的数值关系, 采用正交设计原理, 科学地分析并回归出 GH44 合金的本构方程, 定性地探讨热力参数对 GH44 合金成形性能的影响规律, 为GH44合金的热变形数值模拟和热力参数的合理制定与控制提供了依据。

The numerical relationship between the flow stress and parameters of hot and force (deformation temperature, deformation rate and deformation degree) is studied through hot physical simulation. Meanwhile, the regularities of the influence on the parameters of hot and force to formability is discussed qualitatively, and constitutive equation on GH44 nickel based alloy is regressed with mathematic statistics analysisTherefore, a scientific basis is provided for both numerical simulation of hot deformation and rational choice and control of parameters of hot and force
