利用上限法分析了内螺纹铜管齿型成形所需的单位挤压力,推导挤压力计算公式,指出在摩擦条件一定的情况下,齿顶角变化时存在一最小单位挤压力,在设计齿形时,应充分考虑齿顶角对挤压力的影响。

This paper infers a calculation formula for unit extruding force with upper bound analysis for the shaping process of inner grooved copper tube tooth.Under the same friction condition,there is a minimum unit extruding force along with the rib-top angle being changed。It should be fully considered when the tooth shape is designed.
