为了快速确定门衬覆盖件的最佳成形工艺参数,本文运用板材专用有限元分析软件Dynaform模拟了门衬覆盖件的拉延成形工艺过程,运用正交实验的原理和方法,以最少的实验次数,得出了最优的实验结果,指导制造商完成了门衬覆盖件拉延工序模具的设计和试模,节省了约1/3的模具开发成本和调试时间。

In order to determine the optimal processing parameters for a door sheet metal, in this paper the entire drawing process is simulated by the special sheet metal FEM simulation analysis software Dynaform. Using the orthogonal experiment method, at last the best results are obtained within a minimum of experiment numbers. The results are used for the mold manufacturing and the debugging. The research saves one-third of the time and cost for die tryouts.
