通过对翼子板裙板左右件的形状特点进行分析,确定了合理的成形工艺方案,并采用基于动力显示算法的有限元分析软件Dynaform,对汽车翼子板裙板的拉深工序进行了分析。为了得到拉深工序的坯料尺寸,本文研究了不同坯料形状对零件拉深成形的影响,通过对比FLD图及应变分布图,对坯料形状进行了调整并得到了优化的坯料形状,同时生产出质量合格的产品。

Analyzing the left/right parts' features of fender groupware,the rational forming process is determined.And using the finite element software Dynaform based on explicit algorithm,the drawing process is analyzed.In order to determine the dimension of blank,the influence of different shape of blank in the drawing process is studied.Compared with the FLD diagrams and the distribution diagrams of strain,the blank is adjusted and eventually the optimized blank is obtained.Thus the good quality product is got.
